Our 4-piece bamboo bed sets typically include:

  • 1 x Duvet cover
  • 1 x Fitted sheet
  • 2 x Pillowcases ( 1 pillow case with a single set)

Thread count refers to the total number of threads woven into one square inch of fabric, counting both horizontal (weft) and vertical (warp) threads. In simple terms, it’s one indicator of how dense and finely woven the material is.

A 400 thread count in bamboo bedding is considered a premium quality level. Unlike cotton, where very high thread counts are often used as a marketing tactic, bamboo fibres are naturally softer and smoother, so they don’t require extremely high thread counts to feel luxurious.

At 400 thread count, bamboo fabric achieves an ideal balance:

  • Softness: The fibres create a silky-smooth texture that feels gentle against the skin
  • Breathability: The weave allows air to circulate, helping regulate temperature throughout the night
  • Durability: The fabric is strong enough to withstand regular washing without losing its quality
  • Comfort: It offers a light, airy feel without being too thin or too heavy

This means you get bedding that feels cool, smooth, and comfortable, while still being long-lasting and easy to care for making 400 thread count an excellent choice for everyday luxury.

Bamboo fabric is made from bamboo fibres and is known for being:

  • Ultra-soft (often compared to silk)
  • Breathable and temperature-regulating
  • Moisture-wicking (great if you sleep warm)
  • Naturally hypoallergenic

Yes bamboo bedding is naturally gentle and hypoallergenic, making it ideal for people with sensitive skin or allergies.

Yes. Bamboo fabric is highly breathable and helps regulate body temperature, keeping you cool in summer and warm in winter.

We recommend:

  • Machine wash cold (30°C)
  • Use mild detergent
  • Avoid bleach
  • Tumble dry on low or air dry

This helps maintain softness and longevity.

Yes bamboo sheets can experience a small amount of shrinkage, particularly after the first wash. This is completely normal for natural fibre fabrics.

We produce the sheets slightly larger than the stated size. This allows the bedding to settle to the correct fit after washing.

Shrinkage is usually minimal when care instructions are followed properly. To reduce shrinkage and keep your bedding in excellent condition, we recommend:

  • Washing at low temperatures (around 30°C)
  • Using a gentle cycle
  • Avoiding high heat when tumble drying (or air drying where possible)
  • Not using harsh detergents or bleach

With proper care, bamboo sheets will maintain their softness, shape and fit over time while still delivering the comfort and breathability they’re known for.

Our bamboo sheets are designed to resist pilling and maintain a smooth, soft finish over time.

Pilling typically occurs when fibres break down due to friction, but our 400 thread count bamboo fabric is tightly woven and made from high-quality fibres, which significantly reduces the likelihood of pilling compared to lower-quality materials.

With proper care, your sheets will remain silky, breathable, and free from pilling. To keep them in the best condition, we recommend:

  • Washing on a gentle cycle
  • Using mild detergent
  • Avoiding harsh chemicals and fabric softeners
  • Washing with similar fabrics
  • Air drying or tumble drying on low heat

By following these simple steps, your bamboo bedding will retain its luxurious look and feel wash after wash.

We use an FSC®-certified box and a compostable mailer, with most packaging materials designed to be recyclable.

Yes. Our fabrics are OEKO-TEX® certified, meaning they are independently tested to ensure they are free from harmful substances.
