We hope you love your order, but if you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 28 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
  
• Products must be in resalable condition
  
• For hygiene reasons, opened bedding may not be eligible for return unless faulty
  

Manufacturing defects or incorrect items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Once approved, we will provide a pre-paid return label and arrange a replacement or full refund.

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

We will provide return instructions once your request has been approved.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.

• Next day delivery is available for £5.95 if ordered by 1:00pm

Some remote postcode areas may be excluded. Any delivery restrictions or additional charges will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 1:30pm (Monday–Friday, GMT) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email so you can follow your delivery.
